May and October	Euros 1200 per week
June and September	Euros 1570 per week
July and August	Euros 1960 per week

• All payments in Euros. Details provided upon request
• A deposit of 50% will be required at the time of   reservation to secure   booking. Balance is due eight weeks before   arrival date.
• Refundable security deposit of 500 Euros to cover breakages to be sent with the balance.
• In the case of cancellation less than 12 weeks before the date of arrival, the deposit is non-returnable.
• All prices include gas, electricity, water, linen, towels and end of stay cleaning.
• Rentals run Saturday to Saturday.
• Arrival time: After 16:00. Departure time: Before 10:00
