Rates vary throughout the year as follows:

November thru April        Euros   920 per week

May and October              Euros 1200 per week

June and September        Euros 1570 per week

July and August                Euros 1960 per week

Terms and Conditions:

•All payments in Euros. Details provided upon request.

•A deposit of 50% will be required at the time of   reservation to secure   booking. Balance is due eight weeks before   arrival date.

•Refundable security deposit of 500 Euros to cover breakages to be sent with the balance.

•In the case of cancellation less than 12 weeks before the date of arrival, the deposit is non-returnable.

•All prices include gas, electricity, water, linen, towels and end of stay cleaning.

•Rentals run Saturday to Saturday.

•Arrival time: After 4pm.   Departure time: Before 10am.
